Graziano Bertuzzo Makes Roman Pizza at Pizza Expo, Neapolitan





Graziano Bertuzzo is a pizza master.

A winner of numerous pizza making championships, Graziano Bertuzzo of Lecce, Italy, is a certified master instructor and the founder in 1989 of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, where he teaches the pizza craft to both novice and experienced students. His titles include Best Pizza in Italy (1991) and Pizza Maker of the Year at Pizza Expo (2008 and 2009). Graziano is also a champion pizza-throwing acrobat who has won titles in both Italy and the U.S.
