Cutting Pizza With A Laser


OK, I admit it, when it comes to slicing pizza, I'm stuck in the stone age.

I still use a pizza wheel or pizza slicer. Just like this one:



Here is the future of Pizza: the laser pizza slicer.

Although very rare now, with-in the next several years, you will find these
everywhere. A model for the home-made pizza user, is being tested in my kitchen right now.

For to long pizzaiolo, have been hampered by cutting pizza by hand.
