I spoke to Pat DeRiso the owner of Ernie’s.
Pat discusses what make Ernie’s as well as New Haven Pizza so special. He talks about the ovens, how long it takes to make pizza as his own passion and love for creating pizza.
Pat explains he makes every pizza himself. Every pizza! He also states “everyday day you make dough different to make it the same”.
